9th SCF & SOC-HF | Solo Cardiovascular Forum & Solo Course on Heart Failure

Participants whose abstracts have been selected for the moderated poster category will present their posters according to the scheduled time.

Moderated poster presentation will be held at the Moderated Poster Theater, on Violan Meeting Room.

The schedule for moderated poster presentations will be informed later.

All participants are required to be at the Moderated Poster Theater 30 minutes before the session begins, and the soft file of the poster must be submitted 2 days before the day of the 9th SCF & SOC-HF (Wednesday, July 16, 2025) via the G-drive bit.ly/posterscfsochf2025 and website https://scf-sochf.com/ with the name format: "Name_Title of Poster_Institution", in .JPG format, 16:9 aspect ratio, and landscape orientation.
The participants must stand beside the (digital) poster displayed on the projector screen and present in front of the judges.
Each presentation will be last 7 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
The presentation and Q&A session will be presented in Bahasa Indonesia.
Participants are not required to print the poster in hardcopy format.
Presentations will be assessed by two judges based on the evaluation criteria provided by the committee.
The judges' decision is final and cannot be contested.
Two best moderated posters from each category (research and case report) will be awarded.

Cases must be submitted in PowerPoint format (.ppt/.pptx) with the email subject and file name format: Name_Title of Case_Institution via email abstractscfsochf@gmail.com, deadline: Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
The PowerPoint template can be downloaded from the SCF & SOC-HF website via the following link: "Template PPT Interactive Real Case".
The first slide must include the title, the full name of the author (without academic degrees), and the affiliated institution.
Each case presentation is limited to a maximum of 10 slides.
Cases may be written in either Bahasa Indonesia or English.
Presentations must be in widescreen format with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
The total time allotted for the presentation and discussion with the panelists is a maximum of 15 minutes.

Participants whose abstracts have been selected for the displayed poster category may showcase their posters during the 9th SCF & SOC-HF.

The displayed poster sessions will be held at the Displayed Poster Theater.

All participants must submit the soft file of the poster via G-drive bit.ly/posterscfsochf2025 with the file name format: "Name_Title of Poster_Institution", in .JPG format, 16:9 aspect ratio, and landscape orientation.
Participants are not required to present their posters.
Submitted displayed posters will be showcased on 50" digital TVs provided by the committee in the Displayed Poster Theater throughout the 9th SCF & SOC-HF event.
The displayed poster slideshow schedule will be announced later.
Participants are not required to print the poster in hardcopy format.
All displayed poster participants will receive a certificate as a displayed poster participant in the 9th SCF & SOC-HF.
Two best displayed posters will be rewarded.
